CITIBOI INTER LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPER LEAGUE CONCLUDES ON JULY 7


The Finals of the maiden  edition of the ongoing CitiBoi Inter Local Government Super League is scheduled to take place tomorrow Sunday 7th July, 2024 at the Azikoro Primary School pitch by 4pm between the impresive Southern Ijaw LGA against high-flying Sagbama LGA.

Xtrymesports.blogspot.com reports that League leaders Sagbama LGA currently top the standings with 19 points, as a draw tomorrow will see them clinch the trophy, while challengers Southern Ijaw LGA needs an outright victory for them to be crowned champions of the competition.

According to Press release by the organising committee signed by the Tournament Secretary Mr. Lampard Eyitemi and consultant of the Tournament Coach Ada Gwegwe, the final of the CitiBoi Inter Local Government League will be graced by *Hon. Oforji Obuku* Member Representing Yenagoa/Kolokuma Opokuma Federal Constituency, Chairman House Committee on Sports Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon Tari Porri, Commissioner for Sports Development Hon. Daniel Bariladei Igali, Hon. Mrs. Chief Ayibanegiyefa Egba, Member Representing Yenagoa Constituency One in the Bayelsa State, House of Assembly, Hon Wisdom Fafi, Member Representing Kolokuma/Opokuma Constituency II,
Hon Timi Agala-Omubo, Brass Constituency II, and, Chairman Southen Ijaw Local Government Area *Hon. Target Segibo.*

HON OSOMKIME BLANKSON UNITY  FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT: COACH ADA GWEGWE  HAIL ORGANIZERS  As the medien edition of the Hon. Osomkime Blanckson  goes into the quarter finals stage at Famgbe community football field in the Yenagoa local government area, Bayelsa state, Former Technical Adviser of Ocean Boys FC and and one time Bayelsa United Chief Coach, Ada Gwegwe, has joined other football stakeholders to praise the organizers of the competition.  A total of 12 teams in Atissa clan kicked off the competition few days ago, which has gotten to the semi finals stage.
