10TH SENATE PRESIDENT CUP: ORGANISING COMMITTEE PROMISES HITCH-FREE COMPETITION 

Ahead of the much anticipated 10th Senate President’s Cup which is set to kick off soon, Chairman of the Main Organizing Committee, Senator Ita Enang, says the competition would surely live up to expectations, pledging a top-notch football tournament.

 Tagged “Renewed Hope Edition”, the 10th Senate President’s Cup has continued to receive massive endorsements and support.

Xtrymesports.blogspot.com gathered that at a recent session with the Tournament Coordinator, Hon. John Bassey Ekpeyoung, the esteemed Senator Enang expressed his unwavering commitment to ensure a flawless tournament. 

“I will do everything within my powers to see that the tournament is not only hitch-free, but very successful, and I assure you that Nigerians will see an exceptional sporting event.

Senator Enang who commended the President of the Senate, Senator Godswill Akpabio GCON, for his passion for sports development, noting that “Senator Godswill Akpabio has been a lover and promoter of sports since his days as the Executive Governor of Akwa Ibom state, and this tournament stands as a testament to Akpabio’s commitment to fostering togetherness and unity through the power of sports."

Tournament Coordinator John Bassey Ekpeyoung stressed that preparations are well underway, with the tournament receiving blessings from key football stakeholders across the country.

Presenting a branded jersey to Senator Enang, Hon. Ekpeyoung emphasized the dedication and collaboration of all involved in ensuring the success of the upcoming event.

A total of 13 teams representing the six geo-political zones of Nigeria are gearing up for the football extravaganza scheduled to take place from November 10 to 17, 2024, at the prestigious Old Parade Ground in the nation’s capital, Abuja. 

Football enthusiasts can anticipate a week filled with intense matches, camaraderie, and memorable moments on the field.

HON OSOMKIME BLANKSON UNITY  FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT: COACH ADA GWEGWE  HAIL ORGANIZERS  As the medien edition of the Hon.
